"Billing was mostly correct"
My final charge was mostly what I expected, but the extra fees were a little confusing at first. A friend had recommended this to me, so I felt okay giving it a try, and overall it turned out fine.

"Cheapest option I came across"
I looked around on a few booking sites, and this one seemed to be the cheapest from what I saw. I can’t say I checked every possible deal out there, but it worked out well enough. The car was fine too, so I don’t really have any complaints.

Booking itself was easy, but the rental partner ended up showing up late and the whole car pickup felt unorganized. I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next or who to check in with, so I spent a lot of time just waiting around and trying to figure things out. It worked out eventually, but the process could’ve been a lot clearer

I booked a midsize car on airportrentalcars.com and got the confirmation, so I figured, okay, that’s handled. But when I got to the rental counter after my flight, they basically told me that car type wasn’t available anymore, which kind of defeats the whole point of booking it ahead of time.
They gave me the choice of taking a smaller car or paying more for an upgrade, and I was too tired to deal with the back and forth. Roughly speaking, the site showed me something like it was available, but in real life it wasn’t, so that needs to be way clearer. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I probably wouldn’t trust it again.

"Pickup was quick and easy"
I wasn’t totally sure how smooth the pickup would be, but it was quick and there wasn’t really any hassle getting the car.

"Support got back to me super quick"
I had a little issue with my booking time, so I emailed support and thought I’d be waiting forever. But nope, they got back to me really, really fast and fixed it without making the whole thing complicated. I was actually surprised by how easy it was. Just nice, nice to get help from a real person instead of those canned replies.

"Insurance details were a little unclear"
So, the booking itself was pretty much fine, and the prices seemed okay too. But, yeah, the insurance part was kind of confusing, honestly. I wasn’t totally sure what was already included or what I might still have to pay for once I got to the counter. It all worked out in the end, thankfully, but I do wish that part had been explained a bit more clearly upfront.

I’m usually too impatient to read every little checkout detail, so maybe that’s on me sometimes, but this time everything was clear right away. No random weird fees popped up at the end, which I really appreciated.

I was not in the mood to deal with anything complicated, so I was relieved the dropoff was quick and pretty much hassle-free. Still had to make the trip and put in the effort, which is always annoying, but the actual process was simple.

Booking was easy enough, but the rental counter literally took longer than I expected. The guy helping me was polite, but he seemed kind of rushed and didn’t really explain anything unless I asked. The car was ready eventually, but having to wait around after a flight was annoying. Overall, not terrible, but not great either.

"Fast pickup and no time wasted"
After getting off my flight, the last thing I wanted was to lose a bunch of time standing around waiting. Luckily, the line moved faster than I expected and I really didn’t have to wait long at all.
The car was ready when I got there, and the whole pickup was simple and low-stress. I was bracing for a hassle, so it was a relief not to waste part of my trip dealing with delays. I’d use them again.
